PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver Projects, Improvements, and System Support across a complex and integrated landscape
• Maintaining and supporting CPKC’s SAP (ECC & S/4) footprint in all revenue processes following Service and organizational change procedures. Ensure that all business groups are updated on progress as well
• Support the completion of application service requests, provide continual business application support, research transactional issues, identify root causes as well as assist with upgrade and maintenance of applications
• Interact with the Business Analysis and architecture teams to develop diagrams and models (use case, activity diagram, business process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and business rules to describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business and user requirements and/or document for undocumented procedures
• Take charge of resolving incidents and defects in SAP applications, leading troubleshooting efforts and keeping collaborators informed of progress.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 operations

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation, with a preference for more than 1 full project lifecycles with TM, EM or SD
• Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining constructive working relationships
