In partnership with the Senior Logistics Manager, the Warehouse Manager will lead up to 9 warehouse staff across 4 sites responsible for the overall performance of warehouse operations in meeting a high level of customer expectations while maintaining a safe work environment. The Warehouse Manager will direct the planning and coordination around receiving, inventory management, work order issue/completion, material requests and transfers between the contract manufacturer.
What you will be doing:
- Provides leadership to staff responsible for the activities on the floor and aids them in making decisions regarding workflow and overtime as needed
- Responsible for the development and execution of the daily work schedule, which will include the following: Receiving, cycle counting, work orders, transfer orders and material request forms.
- Responsible for the develop and implementation of plans, procedures, programs, and strategies to enhance performance and service levels around WO Ontime to Request, MRF Ontime to Request, Receiving with 24hours, Productivity, Cycle Count Accuracy and Safety.
- Monitor and control cost expenditures.
- Ensure the administration of policies/procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Professionally address issues with the management team, individually and collectively, utilizing the proper resources.
- Develop an accountable distribution staff with an emphasis on team building, communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relation’s management.
- Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and equipment.
- Promote and reinforce safety and security among the management team.
- Hire, train, develop and coach staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Sr Director Logistics
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of experience with supply chain, Distribution or related function
- Comprehensive, hands on knowledge of warehousing processes, controls and best practices
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System and best practices
- Strong knowledge & experience with Cold Chain controls
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP/GDP systems, applications and policies
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word & Outlook)
- Familiarity & understanding of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Principles
- Familiarity & understanding of Oracle ERP.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems that arise in relations to distribution activities
- Customer-focused; keeps customers as a priority when making business decisions, listening to customer feedback and advocating for solutions that help drive improvement in the customers experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Team oriented, collaborative partner that passionately advocates and articulates her/his opinion while maintaining flexibility to incorporate others point of views
- Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in written format
- Willing to work as necessary to achieve defined goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Previous experience in Life Sciences organization with focus on research and diagnostics

Below is the salary range for this full time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. At 10x, the base salary is also just one component of the Company’s total compensation package.This role is also eligible for 10x’s annual bonus program, equity grants, and comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
