The Director, HRBP SkyWater MN & FL is the HRBP lead for SkyWater’s FL Advanced Packaging business, MN manufacturing facility and corporate functions. In this highly visible role, this person will have the opportunity to partner broadly, working with all levels of the organization to enable business success. This role reports into the SVP, HR and leads two HR Business Partners. This person will have a nice blend of strategic and hands-on engagement to make positive impact in our organization.
Major Areas of Accountability:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to enable the business strategy and positive business outcomes. Drive high-impact, data-driven people initiatives across all facets of HR, including consulting on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy HR programs and initiatives, representing SkyWater MN and FL.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, performance concerns, policy violations, and conflict resolution.
• Identify and address workforce and talent trends through data and business insight.
• Implement and guide performance management, succession planning, and employee development practices.
• Support change management efforts and ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational strategies.
• Champion a positive, engaged and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations, feedback recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop HRBP team to deliver consistent and effective HR support to client groups.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other applicable field
• A minimum of 15 years experience in Human Resources or other applicable fields, with at least 5 years in a people leadership or senior HRBP role
• Significant experience in employee relations, investigations, and employment law application
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strong cross-functional relationships; ability to engage and build relationships with all levels of the organization
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development principles
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy

Preferred Qualifications:
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus
The annual salary range for this role is $153,440 - $230,160. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
