THE PROGRAM MANAGER, SOLAR REPAIR AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES POSITIONSunnova Energy is searching for a Program Manager to orchestrate the entire ecosystem of our solar repair and protective services, driving growth and excellence across B2B, B2C, and C&I segments. By leveraging cross-functional groups and strategically managing multiple service offerings, you'll ensure we deliver exceptional service experiences and achieve key business objectives.

PROGRAM MANAGER, SOLAR REPAIR AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Strategy & Direction:•Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform program strategy.•In partnership with product, develop and maintain a holistic program roadmap, aligning service offerings with products and customer needs.•Working with leadership to set strategic program goals and objectives, cascading them down to individual partnering teams within the business.•Facilitate knowledge transfers between impacted teams.•Manage budgets and resources effectively, optimizing resource allocation across different products.Service Management:•Oversee the lifecycle of all repair and protective services, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery for internal and external customers.•Work closely with product managers to define individual product specifications, pricing, and service packages.•Collaborate with IT, engineering, operations, and customer service teams to maintain service quality and efficiency.•Develop processes to ensure successful delivery for customers.•Monitor and analyze product and program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.•Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.Stakeholder Management:•Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, accounting, customer ops, leadership) and external partners.•Effectively communicate program progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.•Secure buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders, ensuring program success.•Drive execution plans to meet strategic priorities and goals.Financial Management & Reporting:•Develop and manage the program budget, aligning it with strategic goals and objectives.•Track and analyze financial performance of all products and services within the program.•Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize program profitability.•Prepare regular reports on program performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for stakeholders.
Key Deliverables:•A comprehensive program roadmap with clear goals, objectives, and milestones.•Successful launch and growth of new repair and protective services in line with company vision.•Improved product and service performance, leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction and retention.•Market share growth and revenue expansion for the entire program.•Optimized program budgets and resource allocation, ensuring financial sustainability.•Regular and insightful program performance reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.•5+ years of experience in program management, ideally in the renewable energy or service industry.•Proven track record of success in managing complex programs and achieving strategic objectives.•Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.•Ability to manage stakeholders with diverse interests and priorities.•Understanding of B2B, B2C, and C&I sales and marketing channels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS•Knowledge of the solar industry and repair/protective services market is a plus.
