About the assignment
We’re investing in data, analytics and AI to strengthen how we attract, engage and hire talent, so we can build a sustainable workforce that enables people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and helps create a better world.
This assignment will sit within the Talent Acquisition function and will focus on establishing a consistent, value‑led approach to recruitment data and reporting. The project will bring clarity and discipline to what we report, to whom, when, and why; moving us beyond reporting activity to generating insight that drives decision‑making. While initially focused on Australia, the ambition is to design globally scalable standards, formats and principles that can be applied across markets.
The work will form part of a broader evolution of our TA capability, including the introduction of new data sets generated through our AI‑enabled recruitment technology (Sapia). You’ll lead a focused, stand‑alone project shaped around this opportunity, defining how traditional TA metrics and new AI insights come together to tell a clear, trusted and consistent story for leaders.
From day one, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, Workforce Planning, Digital Solution & Technology team and global stakeholders, embedding yourself in how we use data to inform strategy, improve candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver fairer, more efficient hiring outcomes
