  • Service, maintain, repair, and replace domestic and commercial heating and ventilating systems and auxiliary components
  • Service, maintain, repair, and replace controls and sensing devices necessary for the proper operation of domestic and commercial heating and ventilating systems and auxiliary components, to include changeovers. Install and maintain chilled water air conditioning systems and related controls
  • Install and maintain combination heating and air cooling systems and related heat controls
  • Service, maintain, and replace chilled water coils. Inspect, maintain, repair, and install building heating supply and return lines; check temperatures in condensing lines and traps; repair or replace traps as required using temperature sensing and recording equipment; clean, repair, or replace strainers, valves, and other fittings as required
