Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Licensed Client Services Associate who is experienced in providing support to Wealth Advisor(s) in the implementation of investments, insurance, operations, and sales support for clients of the Premier America Wealth Management Program. The right candidate will have a sense of identifying sales opportunities to cross sell investment and retirement products and services, competent skillset for operational excellence, and a strong commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
· Customer Service: You are a resource in identifying our Member-Clients’ servicing needs and enhance member experience by providing distinctive quality service to develop long term relationships with current and potential Member-clients in the community.
· Teamwork: You have been recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and relate to others.
· Judgement: You make exact decisions about business policies, managing risks and ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:
· The core responsibility is the effective and efficient support of our Wealth Advisor(s) in the implementation of investments, insurance, operations, and sales support for Member-clients of the Premier America Wealth Management program.
· Must identify and profile potential opportunities through campaigns, branch referrals, telemarketing, educational workshops, and face-to-face interactions with clients/Members.
· Expected to maintain privacy of Member/client account information and comply with all applicable Investment, Insurance and branch compliance and security procedures.
· Acts as a champion for change within the Wealth Management program, offering new ideas and continuously developing knowledge and processes to improve Member experience.
· Will assist Wealth Advisors by ensuring all marketing and sales materials, applications and brochures remain current.
· Responsible for notifying Wealth Advisors of client appointments, daily telemarketing, and sales.
· Will perform a broad variety of administrative functions critical to the daily workflow and assigned sales goals of the Premier America Wealth Management Group.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
· College graduate or equivalent.
· FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
· California state Life insurance license required.
· Minimum of one to three years of progressive experience in a financial institution environment.
· Understanding of industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· PC Skills: Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Prior knowledge of LPL Financial ClientWorks preferred but not required.

Pay Grade Info:
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $23.00-$27.00 hourly.
