You will take a leading role in shaping the future of our core services and your work will involve:</p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build and maintain core services - from designing APIs to implementing integrations with AWS and third-party providers.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Own the full development cycle - from requirements and architecture to coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure quality and scalability - keeping systems reliable, secure, and built to handle growth.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate across functions - work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver user value quickly and iteratively.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Continuously improve - challenge solutions, explore new technologies, and bring fresh ideas to keep Fairlo’s platform evolving.<br/><br/></p></li> </ul><p dir="ltr">We’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving problems, writing clean, maintainable code, and being part of a team that creates financial services people can truly trust.<br/><br/></p><h2 dir="ltr">Requirements</h2><p dir="ltr">We're looking for Senior Backend Engineers who are:</p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experienced: You have at least five years of experience in backend development within a professional setting.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Technically Skilled: You have hands-on experience with modern backend frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, .NET / .NET Core, or Spring.
