What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Manager, DRAM Customer Quality HBM Package.  The individual will Work directly with key customers and the ODM/OSAT manufacturers to support the adoption and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ramp of advanced High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Graphics, and/or Low Power DRAM.

Location: Onsite at our San Jose, California headquarters 5 days a week

• Track and drive resolution of technical issues, including Failure Analysis/8D, Change Notifications, and monthly or quarterly performance reports to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met.
• Take leadership in frequent communication with customers and internal engineering teams to align on quality and performance goals.
• Manage and maintain CRM details for customers’ related technical/quality requirements across global teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years of experience or Masters in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 13+ years of Industry Experience or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 10+ years of Industry Experience Preferred.
• Expertise in embedded systems design, engineering, or manufacturing/assembly which utilize high performance DRAM on board or advanced multi-chip packaging (SIP, POP, COWOS, etc.).
• Experience in a B2B customer facing role supporting highly technical content.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to edit, clarify and consolidate customer expectations and report out on short timelines.
• Platform design related to memory controller or memory channel and high speed interface.
• You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
• An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.
• You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.

Base Pay Range$153,075—$236,925 USD
