 ResponsibilitiesExcellent execution, attention to detail, and understanding of garment constructionAbility to take detailed feedback from Design Director, Creative Director & VP to execute company visionExpert in Adobe creative suite – Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, EXCEL -all a must Ability to keep an indesign file up to date Tech packs – this job is focused on details of garments, set ups in ai, implementing in PLMAbility to photoreal render/ manipulate photos to create 3d renderingsUnderstanding of skims aestheticExcellent presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas to groupUnderstanding of fabrics and how they perform – great if comes with experience of sourcing trims and fabricationsExcellent organization skillsComplete detailed design briefs for all new product developmentAble to design into line PlanCommunicate regularly to assist in product development & production with team + vendors.Prepare development packages and participate in all communication and follow up related to each package in partnership with the Design Coordinator. Responsible for updating category styles in web PDM.Manage development and execution of trim and artwork packages. Set up spec sheets for all bodies. Communicate fit and construction details to Technical Design department. Complete all technical sketches for domestic and overseas programs. Maintain an active role in the weekly Design Flow Meeting.
