About the role
Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify a Senior Counterintelligence Reviewer who will be seated at Ft. Meade, MD. Clearance, Access, and Investigation must appear in JPAS and be within scope (5 years).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support in the areas of CI-focused security screening, CI-focused vetting, and intelligence analysis, and administrative support to the Security Vetting Office (SVO)
- Support will include interaction with DoD, Federal Government Agencie,s and Allied Forces in meeting mission-critical requirements
- Possess knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the analytical process that acts on collection to produce information for intelligence databases and products
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in intelligence operations, interviewing, and screening databases
- Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operational efficiency
- Supports the development and analysis of intelligence products; presents analysis or products to customers
- Support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community-wide support
- Bachelor's Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in intelligence or law enforcement with extensive security vetting and interviewing skills
- Eight (8) years of counterintelligence experience
- Progressive experience in counterintelligence analysis and with data analytics
- Proficient in writing and reviewing CI-focused security reports and supporting documents; proficient in drafting expert assessments across operational priorities on behalf of a stakeholder
- Travel within CONUS and OCONUS to attend meetings, conferences, training, and in support of missions
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; brief materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Valid US Passport
- Previous support for Linguist programs preferred
