Top Highlights of the Role

Lead all clinical operations for a growing service area
Mentor and support clinical supervisors, case managers & interdisciplinary teams
Ensure exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance
Partner closely with the Executive Director in budgeting, hiring, training & performance management
Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement
Serve as the clinical face of Bristol Hospice within the community
Step in as acting Executive Director when needed
Build, grow, and elevate standards of care at a new site

What You Bring

Current RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred 
1+ year of healthcare management experience (hospice preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Knowledge of hospice regulations, CHAP standards & clinical best practices
Flexibility and passion for making an impact
