Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 🎓 High school diploma/GED preferred, plus 3–4 years of real kitchen experience (themed environments = a bonus!).

• 🍳 Solid culinary knowledge and food design skills to keep dishes creative and consistent.

• 🗣️ Strong communication skills—both spoken and written—to keep the kitchen in sync.

• 🧩 Sharp organization and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to make quick calls.

• 🤝 A true team player who helps grow and support others in a collaborative kitchen environment.

• 🕒 Flexible schedule champ—able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the magic happens.

• 📜 Certification-ready—able to pass Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness exams within 30 days of employment.
