Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As a CPWD Zone Manager you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You will be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers.

- Be provided with all the necessary resources, including a dedicated dealer portfolio, data and analytics tools, and a company car (depending on your initial assignment).
As a CPWD Zone Manager, you will join a team that will support your manager/market area and provide automotive retailers:
Performance Analysis & Consultation:
- Analyze and communicate performance metrics, consulting with Market Area/Regional personnel to achieve key objectives through organizational meetings and conference calls.
Dealer & Customer Engagement:
- Participate in and support various business growth dealer meetings (e.g., Dealer Advertising Associations, Grass Roots, Dealer Council Meetings).
- Engage CPWDs (Certified Parts Wholesale Distributors) in variable marketing programs (National, PSN, Parts Rewards, WINs, CPC, collision truckload).
- Support annual business planning with CPWDs and channel partners.
- Travel with OSRs (Outside Sales Representatives) to support and acquire body shops, Independent Repair Facilities (IRFs), and Fleets.
- Engage in Fleet Bid Processes and Fleet Calls and plan parts blitzes.
Parts Operations Specialization:
- Serve as a wholesale Parts Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regional organizational meetings.
- Dedicated strictly to wholesale parts operations, focusing dealer parts and accessory purchases/sales.
- Support RIM, CollisionLink Conversions and RepairLink Volume.
Training & Development:
- Provide OSR Training and Development.
- Support Fleet-specific programs such as FFN, NFPP, Powertrain Private Offers, and Ford Fleet Care.

Minimum
- A business-related bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional aftermarket parts experience and traveling in a sales role
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of professional experience in aftermarket parts and traveling in a sales field role.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant professional experience
