What you'll do

As Sr. Director of Solution & International Marketing, you will own the narrative around our solutions and technology, crafting and sharing Docusign’s story with the world in the most engaging, persuasive way possible. In this people-leadership role, you’ll manage a world-class team of solutions and product marketers to develop go-to-market strategies, lead our sales plays, define compelling positioning, and drive demand through complex, long-cycle enterprise sales.

 

You’ll work hand-in-glove with our sales organizations, listening to their priorities, translating them into actionable marketing strategies, and ensuring flawless execution.

 

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Vice President, Product & Customer Marketing.

 

Responsibility

  • Create, lead, run, and measure solution marketing and sales plays to showcase the value of Docusign’s product and capabilities to target markets

  • Responsible for the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of Docusign’s Solutions

  • Partner with Demand Generation to define market segmentation and campaign strategy

  • Lead efforts to create the high impact messaging and assets required in the regions to implement

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure that content, tools, and other solution marketing assets are effectively deployed to and used by the field

  • Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g., customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations, sessions and training

  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that new products and functionality are featured, packaged, priced, launched, and communicated effectively in our solutions​

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 15+ years of product marketing (or similar) experience in the B2B SaaS space

  • 7+ years of people management experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product and solutions adoption

  • Experience collaborating and driving alignment cross-functionally with teams across product and sales to maximize business success

  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact

Preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • MBA degree or equivalent work experience

  • Strong record of successful people management and leadership

  • Experience in one or more of the following categories: Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management, Document Generation

  • Self-starter who can drive cross functional initiatives with minimal guidance

  • Consistent record of understanding and simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $233,300.00 - $373,525.00 base salary

 

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $218,200.00 - $329,525.00 base salary
