Position Summary/Objective: The Partnership Solutions Lead will partner closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to advance the organization’s partnership strategy by developing, optimizing, and executing innovative revenue-generating solutions. This role will strengthen existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maximize the value of current assets. Serving as both a creative and business-minded problem solver, the Partnership Solutions Lead will design partnership materials — including decks, proposals, and presentations — while collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and integration. The role is highly cross-functional, focused on driving efficiency, creativity, and strategic consistency throughout the partnership sales and renewal process.

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify, develop, and articulate short- and long-term sellable concepts that generate new revenue streams and enhance the value of existing partnerships.
• Design and manage materials that support the sales team in generating new business and the partnership marketing team in developing existing partnerships, including decks, proposals, and recaps.
• Contribute to the creative direction and visual strategy for partnership presentations, ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards in collaboration with the Marketing and Creative department.
• Lead project management for long-term organizational initiatives that drive future revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
• Support and manage physical partnership buildouts and installations inside and outside of the arena (Target Center).
• Work with the Vice President to develop innovative, strategic, and visually compelling partnership materials in Conjunction with Marketing and Creative teams.
• Facilitate and support cross-functional brainstorming sessions to develop new and enhanced partner activations.
• Research and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sponsorship and partnership marketing in conjunction with the Business Intelligence team.
• Evaluate current inventory and assets to uncover opportunities for improvement and increased monetization.
• Build relationships with other NBA and professional sports teams to benchmark and share best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other:
• Knowledge of sponsorship and partnership marketing principles
• Sales and marketing strategy, campaign development, and brand integration experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and translating insights into actionable solutions.
• Project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) is strongly required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and potentially holidays.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship strategy, or partnership sales within the sports industry preferred.
• Experience working with creative teams, speaking design language, and understanding creative and design principles and process.
• Experience organizing and positioning pitch material in collaboration with design teams.
• Strong brief writing skills and experience delivering well-articulated, descriptive inputs, that in turn produce compelling, high quality outputs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is strongly preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Benefits & Compensation:
Sales Compensation: The base salary range for this exempt role will be: $80,000-$100,000 with the opportunity for bonus and commission based on revenue generated. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
