SCHOOL MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
Full time 12 month position - Salary Range $35,000-$40,000 + Benefits

Part time 12 month position - Salary Range $15/hr.

Maintain School facilities and grounds.

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of building maintenance experience.
Knowledge of maintenance tools and methods, heating systems,
etc.
Previous history of excellent work habits and attendance record.
Ability to relate well with others.
Self-motivated-can perform outlined tasks with minimum
supervision.
General knowledge of janitorial supplies and their applications.

Working Conditions:
Daily work hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (summer hours may vary).
Position may require evening and/or weekend hours (as mutually agreed upon between
principal and employee).
Must exhibit physical dexterity, mobility, and strength to stoop, lift heavy weights, reach parts
and supplies, and perform the essential building and grounds maintenance functions.
Exposure to climate changes and temperatures.
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 15-50 lbs.
Must be able to climb and work from ladders and scaffolds.
