Design Director Senior Manager

You Are:
- Facilitate senior level client workshops using human centered design methods to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Supporting top opportunity business development efforts across Strategy & Consulting (S&C)
- Develop foundational facilitation skills for all S&C practitioners and build a community of facilitators
- Continuously coach and develop S&C practitioners in facilitation techniques
- Actively drive client growth within the Defense / National Security client space
- Bringing knowledge of AI Cyber and HCD to help driving meaningful conversations with clients
- Oversee comprehensive service design strategy engagements to align with organizational goals, leading to an enhanced experience across touchpoints
- Ensure the practical application of user-centered design principles
Basic Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in product design and service design strategy
- 12+ years of experience in workshop facilitation techniques and HCD principles
- 5+ years of experience working for federal agencies
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum active Secret clearance
- Ability to work onsite at least 50% of the time (2 days per week)
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline
- Experience owning a project vision, execution, quality and client relationship
- Experience being highly accountable for design quality and project delivery
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders
- Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
