About the Role:

Tubi is seeking a Sr. Lead, Vertical Marketing to help shape and execute industry-specific marketing strategies that elevate Tubi’s presence in key verticals. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Vertical Marketing while taking the lead on go-to-market strategy for high-potential verticals where focused, impactful marketing can drive outsized results.You’ll partner closely with Sales, Ad Product Marketing, Creative, Events, and Research teams to bring to life compelling narratives, sales enablement tools, and campaign strategies that drive awareness and revenue among category advertisers.

This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for a B2B marketer who is equal parts creative storyteller, project manager, and collaborator—with an interest in helping advertisers understand the unique value of Tubi’s ad-supported streaming platform.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York or Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our office two days/week. 

What You'll Do:

  • Own the marketing strategy and execution for key verticals by creating content and programs that highlight Tubi’s value proposition to key stakeholders within these industries.
    Support the Sr. Manager, Vertical Marketing in developing scalable marketing frameworks and playbooks across additional verticals, collaborating on insights and opportunities that can be leveraged across industries.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-sheeters, and talking points tailored to the needs of your assigned verticals.
  • Partner with Sales and the Ad Solutions team to surface success stories, case studies, and use cases that support active conversations with advertisers.
  • Contribute to cross-functional GTM planning by collaborating with Events, Creative, Product Marketing, and Research to bring campaigns and thought leadership to market.
    Help execute vertical-specific marketing activations such as webinars, conferences, or sponsorships, ensuring flawless delivery and follow-up.
  • Monitor industry trends, advertiser behavior, and campaign performance to inform content and marketing tactics.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, legal compliance, and cross-functional feedback loops.

Your Background:

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, media, or ad tech, ideally supporting Sales or industry marketing
    Understanding of the advertising ecosystem, particularly in digital or streaming video
    Strong storytelling and content development skills—able to distill complex ideas into clear and persuasive marketing materials
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across teams, prioritizing effectively while keeping a high standard of quality
    Familiarity with industry or category marketing in the ads business a plus, but not required
    Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Data-minded with the ability to connect qualitative insights and quantitative results to drive marketing outcomes

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
