SAP Senior Change Manager

With the ability to use your creative thinking, you’ll support clients in adopting new ways of working, whether it’s process, technology or disruption-led. Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead in delivering a SAP change management package or workstream, providing effective support to teams and guiding senior stakeholders. The delivery of a SAP change management package and workstream is likely to include the development of change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication strategies, and training design and delivery. </p> <p><strong>This role is Hybrid</strong></p> <p>#expleoIJ</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Develop strategies and direct teams ensuring that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Proactively aim to achieve personal and team utilisation targets.</li> <li>Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium scale projects with diverse scope of business change initiatives. Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.</li> <li>Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans</li> <li>Develop Business Readiness plan and track plan to completion</li> <li>Scope of responsibility includes any and all phases of the project life cycle as well as project team management and possible budget administration.</li> <li>Track resources and assure deliverables are met, negotiates effectively for key resources, and screens and selects team members.</li> <li>Take responsibility for understanding client requirements seeking to fully address client needs, identifying, evaluating and recommending options, plus the establishment of a base-line on which delivery of a solution can commence.</li> <li>Demonstrate use of a structured iterative methodologies, manages scope changes and communicates the impacts, and secures approval when needed.</li> <li>Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained, ensuring regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, consistent with the methods in use.</li> <li>Develop project plans using standard project management tools, e.g. MS Project or Project Workbench.</li> <li>Use metrics and project plans to assess the success of the project and make necessary changes. </li> <li>Examine relationships between problems and issues. Probe and initiates research to identify critical problems. Review and cross-review reports.</li> <li>Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem for lessons learned and improving best practices.</li> <li>Identifies, quantifies and manages issues impacting delivery of projects. Establish clear goals and priorities needed to assess performance.</li> <li>Meet on-time and on-budget project goals and participates in the identification of and planning for future resource needs.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. </li> <li>Certification in Change Management (eg: APMG, ADKAR/Prosci) Program or Project Management Qualification (eg: PMP, Prince)</li> <li>Post Grad qualification in related area</li> </ul> <h2>Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Leadership skills.</li> <li>Excellent client-facing skills</li> <li>People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions</li> <li>Team work and emotional intelligence </li> <li>Good self-management – continuous performance is both a goal and a mind-set </li> <li>Has an innovative approach – a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance </li> <li>High value on openness and transparency </li> </ul> <h2>Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Must have SAP experience</li> <li>10 years of significant Change Management experience and leadership</li> <li>Experience engaging senior leaders </li> <li>Experience in communications planning/strategy, training design and delivery. </li> <li>Experience and knowledge in change project management methodologies and has awareness of new and emerging technologies and developments</li> <li>Has good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge. Has practical experience of and is proficient with project management tools and frameworks required to deliver.</li> <li>Understanding of the project management lifecycle and experience with all stages of the product development lifecycle (concept to launch)</li> <li>Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems</li> <li>Experience in providing technical gui
