What will your day look like?
This role will be approximately 60% executive support and 40% employee engagement support.
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-suite executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and complete expense reports.
- Handle all aspects of executive travel, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Operations & Project Management:
- Assist in planning and executing company events and leadership retreats.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Communication & Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal teams.
- Draft meeting agendas.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on executive priorities.
- Act as a liaison between executives and external partners or vendors.
Employee Engagement Support:
- Assist with various employee engagement events and outings.
- Support company-wide communication and recognition programs, including all-hands monthly Town Hall and Employee of the Month program.
- Coordination and operations support of our beloved Company swag shop inclusive of vendor coordination, inventory management and shop operations.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a high degree of quality and accuracy in work performance necessary.
