Role Purpose 

Deliver trusted, actionable analytics that enable business decision‑making across underwriting, claims, finance, and operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and analytical models. 

• Translate business requirements into metrics, KPIs, and insights. 

• Perform exploratory and diagnostic analysis on enterprise datasets. 

• Partner with Data Engineers to define transformations and data quality rules. 

• Ensure analytical outputs meet governance and compliance standards. 

• Document data definitions, logic, and assumptions. 

Required Experience & Skills 

• Strong SQL and data analysis and data wrangling skills 

• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools 

• Strong data storytelling and business communication skills 

Preferred 

• Insurance or financial services analytics experience 

• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses 

• Familiarity with MS Fabric 

Qualifications:

                        Master’s in computer science or management information systems

SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to 80,000 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, MSIG USA will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
