A Better Opportunity
Our People team is looking for a People Operations Associate who will be a cross functional, team player. In conjunction with business clients, stakeholders and the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), this individual will serve as on the ground and strategic US HR support. This individual will partner with Recruitment, People Systems, Payroll, Immigration, Equity, and Benefits teams on all matters relating to talent, including employee relations, organization and leader effectiveness, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, headcount management, learning needs/opportunities and conflict resolution.

A Better Opportunity
Our People team is looking for a People Operations Associate who will be a cross functional, team player. In conjunction with business clients, stakeholders and the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), this individual will serve as on the ground and strategic US HR support. This individual will partner with Recruitment, People Systems, Payroll, Immigration, Equity, and Benefits teams on all matters relating to talent, including employee relations, organization and leader effectiveness, organizational design, workforce and succession planning, headcount management, learning needs/opportunities and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with and support the Senior People Operations Manager and CAO.
- Assist in defining and designing key People strategies in alignment with current business priorities and goals, including but not limited to growth, organizational design, employee development, and workforce planning.
- Maintain and improve upon our current Performance Management system, tailoring it to meet the business’s unique structure.
- Leverage partnerships and business acumen to deliver best-in-class HR support to employees.
- Partner with other members of the People Team to deploy, implement and run all key people processes (learning and leadership development, talent calibrations, performance management, compensation and analytics, etc).
- Assist in monitoring overall effectiveness of People programs and services by tracking key talent metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and possible levers for solutions.
- Understand and manage key organizational changes by identifying the impact on people, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structure.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Must have experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) & ATS systems
- Self-motivated, competitive against your own personal goals
- A go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies
- A scrappy & creative thinker; an optimist
- High personal integrity
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity
- Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thirst for knowledge and high sense of urgency
