Bilingual Material Handler

Parallel Employment is seeking a Bilingual Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling materials in the warehouse and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential to support our diverse team and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

1st shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay rate: $18/hr.
Location: Racine, WI.

Temp to Hire.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Previous experience in material handling or warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
