Family Medicine Physician - Advanced Care Primary Care Clinic

HealthPartners is seeking a full-time (1.0FTE) board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our new Advanced Care Primary Care clinic located at the HealthPartners St. Paul Clinic. This new care model in primary care is designated to provide patient-centered and team-base care for rising and moderate risk patients with a focus on improved health outcomes and affordability. This is an outpatient role where you will provide patients with more resources and greater coordination of care. PAY RANGE:
$237,616.00 annually for 0.8FTE to $297,020 annually for 1.0FTE
PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity.
