This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. This global, leadership position can be based in Northridge, CA, part of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. This role can be located in Northridge, CA (LA Metro-area), Minneapolis, MSP, San Antonio, TX, or Duluth (Atlanta Metro-area).
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Vice President, ERP and Functions, will have end-to-end responsibility for our complex, multi-instance SAP environment, including an upcoming S/4HANA consolidation and modernization initiative. This role will also oversee the systems supporting Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance functions, ensuring seamless alignment with business strategy and operational needs. Additionally, the VP will lead the strategy and execution of a global master data governance and management framework to enable data consistency and business insights.

ERP Leadership and Modernization:
This leader is a seasoned and transformative leader and collaborative problem-solver. This individual is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who navigates ambiguity well and is a collaborative problem-solver. They have the ability to understand the spectrum and product lifecycle to address questions and challenge thinking.
Own the strategy, delivery, and management of our multi-instance SAP landscape.
Lead the planning and execution of a global S/4HANA consolidation and modernization.
Ensure that ERP systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives
