About the team:
The Talent Acquisition Operations mission is to ensure that our Talent Acquisition organization is operating efficiently and is improving time, resources, and talent to meet Robinhood’s hiring demand while also cultivating a strong, cohesive team culture. We act as a bridge to all cross-functional partners to ensure processes, systems, experiences that impact Talent Acquisition are designed and implemented with comprehensive consideration for Talent Acquisition. We are responsible for ensuring that the Talent Acquisition team is equipped with all that is needed to deliver on its mission to hire elite talent for all teams across Robinhood.

The preferred location for this position is in or around Robinhood's offices in Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Lake Mary, FL, Westlake, TX, US, Remote with in-office work capabilities, as may be required by management, but remote work in limited geographies within the U.S. may be considered. About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will primarily focus on optimization of some of our most important tools, systems and programs in Talent Acquisition. This role will work closely with the TA team and the rest of the PeopleX team to improve processes and look for operational and program efficiencies in order to improve candidate experience, remove friction from the hiring process and enable equitable hiring processes. The ideal candidate will help support our TA platform & systems, reporting & metrics, and other critical TA initiatives.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Own and deliver a set of Talent Acquisition programs aimed at developing scalable solutions to increase efficiency, enhance the overall end to end recruiting experience
- Support all TA systems and operations, working in close partnership with CorpEng in driving their implementation, overseeing their maintenance, and ensuring their adoption
- Help facilitate TA training, support TA systems onboarding, and serve as the systems and process SME across TA
- Assist the People Analytics team with buildout of dashboards and reporting to monitor TA success metrics
- Lead ongoing improvement of the TA, candidate, and hiring manager experiences through new solutions and technology
- Partner with cross-functional partners to audit systems, software and processes to ensure data integrity
- Drive cross-functional projects by owning all planning, execution, communication and change management across Talent Acquisition and our Robinhood partners (e.g. HR, People Transformation, Corp Eng, Workforce Planning, Engineering)
- Identify opportunities for ongoing operational improvements across Talent Acquisition, with a focus scale and automation
- Leverage data to define KPIs and success metrics, in order to track the effectiveness of your initiatives over time and inform strategic decisions
About you:
- 6+ years’ experience in recruiting operations developing processes and best practices
- Previous experience with ATS and HCM systems, Workday and Greenhouse required
- Experience with Gem, One Model, LinkedIn preferred
- Knowledge of systems integration and configuration preferred
- Experience evaluating TA processes and providing recommendations on process improvements
- Data-driven mentality and experience using data and analytics to deliver meaningful improvements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
- Experience building and scaling processes in a rapidly adapting environment
- Experience employing change management principles with impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals and tradeoffs through compelling visuals and presentations
- High confidence in and commitment to relationship-build
