Als operative Schlüsselfigur für unsere Key Accounts stellst du sicher, dass Kundenaufträge korrekt, pünktlich und profitabel abgewickelt werden. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen wie Sales, Supply Chain, Logistik und Credit, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, verhinderst Eskalationen und sorgst für exzellenten Kundenservice.

Deine Aufgaben

• End-to-End-Verantwortung im Order-to-Cash-Prozess für Key Accounts
• Operativer Sparringspartner für Key Account Manager
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams in der EMEA-Region
• Proaktives Exception Management und Kundenkommunikation
• Sicherstellung von definierten Service Level Agreements

Dein Profil

• Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau; sehr gutes Englisch
• Erfahrung in Distribution/Logistik und/oder Key Account Service Management
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce, Hubspot) und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle)
• Starker Service-Mindset, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Resilienz
