Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret HVAC equipment data from multiple manufacturer websites and literature
  

• Map diverse manufacturer terminology and specifications into standardized database schema
  

• Learn and apply industry knowledge to make informed decisions about equipment categorization
  

• Maintain accuracy and comprehensiveness of equipment databases across 10-20+ manufacturers
  

• Develop and execute proactive schedules for checking manufacturer updates and changes
  

• Use internal web-based administrative tools with AI assistance for data management
  

• Take ownership of data quality outcomes rather than following task-by-task instructions
  

• Collaborate with team during overlapping hours for training, reviews, and guidance
  

Requirements:

• Senior-level data entry experience with demonstrated ability to handle complex, judgment-based tasks
  
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for interpreting technical specifications
