Trail Maintenance/ Brush Crew

Overview:
Join our Mountain Operations team as a Brush Crew Member and help prepare and maintain ski area trails for the upcoming season. This hands-on, outdoor position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in nature and being part of a hard-working, team-oriented crew.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ski area trails by cutting and removing brush, trees, and other vegetation.

• Use hand tools and gas-powered equipment, including chainsaws, brush cutters, and weed whackers.

• Work in a physically demanding outdoor environment in all weather conditions.

• Follow safety protocols and best practices for tool use and trail maintenance.

• Collaborate with other crew members to efficiently complete assigned trail work.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.

• Comfortable working in variable terrain and weather conditions.

• Familiarity with chainsaws, brush cutters, and weed whackers is a plus.

• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Prior trail work or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
