Job Description

The Sr. Manager of Business Operations will work across all teams to lead business critical, cross-functional efforts, and help drive execution on strategic planning initiatives. You will build relationships with senior leaders in all areas of the business in this highly visible and impactful position. You will be a strategist and operator, building the vision with the team and implementing and delivering those strategies in the most efficient and effective ways. You are organized, take initiative, and love to dive into the details. The Sr. Manager of Business Operations is a key stakeholder, leveraging analytics and formulating strategies to drive business across all channels.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with senior leaders across the company to ensure we are building innovative strategies that drive our financial objectives, ensuring strong prioritization to achieve those objectives, and delivering operational plans against them.
  • Leverage data to identify and quantify initiatives to drive business impact.
  • Identify inefficiencies in business process across the planning org and implement solutions that leverage systems, tools and process to drive optimization.
  • Design scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth through global expansion.
  • Implement leading practices and business process across system platforms.
  • Develop key metrics to track success.
  • Partner and build cross-functional relationships within Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Technology to contribute and drive progress on Operational projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day of business operations and influence strategic and operational decisions.
  • Build strategy to bring forth new capabilities grounded in technology and data that will result in margin growth.
  • Develop analytical frameworks for problem solving - leveraging external research and conduct analysis using internal and external data.
  • Oversee execution of projects with strong attention to detail and ability to connect the dots across concurrent work streams.
  • Employ effective project management techniques to track, compile and analyze performance data during the fiscal year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Statistics, or related field - background in consulting and/or corporate strategy and operations roles is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, brand management, corporate strategy, or consulting.
  • Prior experience with consumer-facing brands, startup experience is a plus.
  • Combination of strong analytical and operational execution skills and experience, including project ownership and prioritization across projects.
  • Understanding of key financial concepts (business case and ROI analysis, financial statements), and passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and trust within the organization.
  • Proficiency in creating executive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating great relationships in prior positions.

Additional Information

Pay Range: From $125,000 - $150,000 annually
