You build  solutions that are performant, scalable and fulfil the set SLOs of the product</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own and operate backend microservices on top of Kubernetes and AWS </span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and improve reliable data-pipelines, enable data analysis and monitoring, and build reliable ML Products together with Applied Scientists. Be a strong owner for ML products, data and dashboards. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in A/B test design/alignment, planning.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prototype, productionize and run a large scale real-time machine learning system</span></p></li><li><p><span>Generate actionable insights from the data of 51+M customers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand and design an ML product that solves real customer needs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Make a positive impact on our engineering culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and drive technical discussions within the team and beyond</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF</b></p><ul><li><p><span>You have experience with real-world machine learning or advanced analytics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with data scientists to know the process of experimentation to productionisation. This includes basic knowledge of machine learning concept such as training vs inference, backtesting, model monitoring</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong software development engineering skills to design effective solutions for machine learning operationalisation and maintenance in large-scale production environments (data engineering, model serving, monitoring). </span></p></li><li><p><span>Good skills in Python &amp; SQL, Airflow and Spark, hands-on experience with Databricks, Git, working with cloud services (e.g. S3, sagemaker, dynamodb etc.). Curious about learning new technologies.
