A Day in the Life
As a Medical Device Assembler, you will work as part of a high-performing team in a cleanroom environment to assemble high-quality and complex cardiac catheter ablation devices. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our products meet the highest standards for patient safety.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble intricate medical devices using microscopes and precise tools and techniques.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing procedures.
Perform visual inspections using a microscope to ensure product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Complete accurate documentation per GDP (Good Documentation Practices) standards.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
Other responsibilities related to the assembly and quality of the product.
Compensation - $22.00/hour
Schedules and Shift Differentials:
1st Shift: M-F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: M-F, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ($1.50/hr shift differential)
3rd Shift: M-F 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM ($3.00/hr shift differential)
Weekend Part Time Daytime Shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ($1.50/hr shift differential)
Weekend Part Time Overnight Shift: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
The initial training period (4 weeks) will be on a first shift schedule.
Must Have: Minimum Qualifications
For Level II: 2+ years work experience required
Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience assembling and/or soldering under a microscope.
Experience using a microscope for assembly or inspection.
Previous experience in medical device manufacturing.
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
Knowledge of GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components.
