Seasonal Lead Grounds Attendant - Biltmore Lake

Responsibilities: 
The Boathouse Lead Attendant will help manage the boathouse area and supporting staff.
 
Part Time Schedule: Varying shifts daily from 9am - 8pm 

    Oversee Boathouse area & supervise team members

• Spot check for compliance with Biltmore Lake policies and rules with residents and guest
• Maintain records of residential waivers, youth amenity approvals and other access information
• Provide spot checks for resident identification and parking stickers
• Provide a shift report to property manager as requested

•    Schedule team for proper coverage at Boathouse
•    General outdoor cleaning of common area - keep boathouse clean
•    Verify and monitor authorized users only
•    Checking out amenity items to authorized users
•    Power washing
•    Pick up trash from lawns and common areas
•    Check area for trash and contaminants
•    Empty trash bags in common areas
•    Clean dumpster areas
•    Keep drainage areas clear
•    Minor maintenance issues as needed
•    Assist client with strong customer service
•    Plus other work related tasks as needed

 Qualifications: 
•    Previous manager experience preferred
•    Must be able to speak, read and write English, bilingual is a plus.
•    Must be a proficient problem-solver.

Pay = $20.70 per hour
