Position Overview: As a Route Service Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing our customers' needs by delivering and picking up their rented products on an assigned route. Our routes are scheduled during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, allowing you to enjoy your nights and weekends for personal and family time. We offer full-time positions with a 1st shift work week and provide holidays off.

What You'll Do

• Be the face of Dempsey Uniform, building strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and proactively resolving customer concerns.
• Drive a truck along your established route, service and sell within your existing customer base, and introduce new product solutions to benefit the customer's business.
• Combine your customer service and sales skills to naturally expand your route and increase your earning potential.
• Maintain accurate invoice inventories, conduct inventory audits, identify additional products and services that can further benefit the customer, and negotiate service agreement renewals.
• Work professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 22 years for vehicle insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry products into and out of customers' locations
• Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and a friendly, professional, can-do attitude
• Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy
• Stability in previous work experience
