The Opportunity
This role is on a hybrid schedule in our Charlotte or Detroit office a few days a week.
As the Sr Analyst, HR Portfolio Management Operations & Incident Management, you will be responsible for enabling the adoption of the Agile Framework and fostering a productive Agile environment across Enabling Solutions. Manage and maintain epic data across the HR Portfolio along with providing guidance on the creation and management of epics and stories in Jira as well as acting as a project manager for projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for the HR incident management process. The role will report to the Director, HR Portfolio & Incident Management.
The Work Itself
- Promote and ensure the consistent adoption of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices throughout the Enabling Solutions team by providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies—including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives—while continuously assessing and implementing improvements to team processes for enhanced collaboration and efficiency.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and regular review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids for the Enabling Solutions team; collaborate with stakeholders to update documentation and actively communicate changes to ensure team alignment and understanding.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute Jira reports to monitor team performance, track progress on sprint goals and deliverables, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of projects and annual programs for the Enabling Solutions team, ensuring milestones are met, resources are managed
