Saint Alphonsus is seeking a dynamic, organized, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Patient Registration Manager in the Emergency Department! 

  

As the manager of Patient Access and Financial Services you will serve as subject matter expert related to revenue cycle and financial counseling functions regionally for Saint Alphonsus Boise. You will collaborate with clinical departments, leadership teams, and providers throughout all locations to enhance the patient experience. You will be aware of all regulations and guidelines and ensure that all performance metrics and key indicators are met by the team. Additionally, you will establish and maintain the culture of Saint Alphonsus and Trinity Health.  

 

POSITION DETAILS: This position will oversee the Boise and Eagle Emergency Department registration teams. This position can work a typical schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (or similar), however occasional weekends/nights/holidays are REQUIRED.  

  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, finance, business, or other related field required or 4 years-experience in Revenue Cycle in hospital or clinic setting in lieu of a degree

  • Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, engages with diverse teams and stakeholders, and ensures effective communication at all levels. 

  • Compliance & Technical Expertise: Maintains knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and insurance policies to ensure ethical and accurate operations. 

  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Manages multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment, serving as a change leader and expert troubleshooter.
