As the Contingent Workforce Program Manager, you will be responsible for evolving and owning Lucid’s global contingent workforce strategy and operations. You will lead a program to scale outsourcing capabilities – alignment to hiring strategies, ensuring the quality of the workforce, maximizing ROI, driving operational efficiencies, and stakeholder management and communications.

As the Contingent Workforce Program Manager, you will be responsible for evolving and owning Lucid’s global contingent workforce strategy and operations. You will lead a program to scale outsourcing capabilities – alignment to hiring strategies, ensuring the quality of the workforce, maximizing ROI, driving operational efficiencies, and stakeholder management and communications.

You Will:
- You are the face of Lucid’s Contingent Workforce Program and all its related stakeholders and processes.
- Partner with Finance and executive leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and deploy a centralized budget for the program.
- Partner with Procurement and internal stakeholders to oversee the selection and implementation of Lucid’s VMS/MSP providers. Conduct regular reviews of performance, and process changes and be the key point of contact for escalations from/related to the VMS/MSP.
- Regularly evaluate MSP’s supplier network on quality and cost as well as overall readiness to operate with speed on Lucid’s hiring plans.
- Lead data accuracy audits and implement best practices to ensure ongoing data integrity for worker data.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast and identify staffing requirements and ensure needs are met.
- Oversee all individual staff augmentation workers and large professional services contracts; consolidate and streamline the process from initial contract request to execution.
- Provide direction to a team with administrative responsibilities and be accountable for the full end-to-end process from initial budget request to worker offboarding.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to Senior Leadership regularly.
- Benchmark industry best practices and educate the business accordingly.
- Ensure the executive team and key stakeholders are kept abreast of policy changes, roadmap updates and plans to mitigate surfaced risks.
You Bring:
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to make sound determinations on the relative strength of vendor and their positioning within their industry and relevance to Lucid’s needs.
- A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the Lucid
- Creative nature and enjoys taking a continuous improvement approach to process improvement/problem-solving.
- Highly organized, able to multitask under pressure, and change priorities regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
