Job Description

You will be part of a newly formed team dedicated to unifying and enhancing the user experience across InPost's European websites while providing tailored solutions to meet business and customer needs.

As a member of the team, you will be building a content management platform that enables users to create pages using reusable components and various data sources with minimal technical knowledge.

You will also develop solutions to build robust, reusable, and efficient front-end components.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, write and test code for new functionalities.
  • Take initiative in proposing technical solutions.
  • Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Help in continuous improvements of team practices.
  • Cooperate with backend and frontend developers.
  • Be responsible for code quality in the project
  • Review technical solutions proposed by other team members

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Next/React)
  • Experience with Node.js/NPM ecosystem
  • Experience with Headless CMS
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Good command of Polish and English
  • Good knowledge of front-end architecture and design patterns

Nice to have:

  • Experience with component libraries and design systems
  • Web performance optimization skills
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
