THE JOB:

As the General Manager of The Chandler Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll lead with innovation, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, implement service enhancements, and ensure top-tier beverage execution – all while maintaining a vibrant environment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead day-to-day bar operations aligned with departmental and brand strategies.

• Champion exceptional guest service and ensure consistency with core service standards.

• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.

• Analyze guest feedback (e.g., Yelp, TripAdvisor) to implement service improvements.

• Partner with Security to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

• Execute HR responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and compliance while driving revenue.

• Foster strong union relationships and uphold collective bargaining agreements.

• Resolve escalated guest or vendor concerns with appropriate solutions and service recovery.

• Direct the entertainment strategy and atmosphere of the venue.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Food & Beverage.

• Prior relevant experience as a Senior Manager preferably in the hospitality industry, bar operations or nightlife operations.
