As a Business Analytics Manager Senior PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, or Houston TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Position will be leading a team that own one or more data domain(s) supporting key areas of Retail and driving the data needs of the domain(s), through partnership with technology to gather requirements, drive solutions, architect/ design nimble data solutions, and implement business rules into production. Additionally, the position will require working with agile projects, business partners to make informed decisions, writing/ developing code and business logic, documenting data assets, issue resolutions, and completing ad hoc requests. Advanced leadership, organization, time management, and technical skill will be required to navigate small and large scale initiatives to support the data domain.

Successful candidate will have:
- Open-source software such as Python, Pandas and NumPy.
- SQL (HIVE or Impala)
- Worked on big data platforms such as Hadoop.
- Preferred experience with agile projects and tools (Jira).
- Experience with delivering products end-to-end from requirement gathering, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Prior people management experience
- Experience working on large scale projects and initiatives.
- Prior data or business knowledge of Default, Workout, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Repo, etc. is preferred, but is not required.
