Sr Project Manager, Training and Engagement - Hybrid

The Senior Project Manager, Training and Engagement, is a key leader within the Customer Solutions PMO, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of strategic portfolio deliverables. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, establishing consistent and impactful communication strategies, and aligning all efforts with the overarching goals of the PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training materials to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Lead the creation and execution of consistent communication strategies that drive engagement and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training and communication plans with PMO objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and communication strategies, making data-driven improvements as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.

What you Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 6+ years of professional experience required.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and developing employee engagement plans tailored to internal teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goal highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and producing visually appealing newsletters, including marketing campaigns and internal communications, using tools like Canva highly preferred.

Travel Percentage: 10%
