As a Lift Operator - Warehouse Associate II, you will report to the Fulfillment Center Manager; you will play a crucial role in inventory accuracy, quality control, and inventory execution. The Lift Operator's responsibilities are inventory accuracy through cycle counts, annual physical inventory, advertised and key title monitoring, picking and packing fixtures, operating equipment, shipping and receiving, put-away, replenishment, order fulfillment, and executing the inventory plan that has been developed by leadership.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • High School Graduate / GED

  • Lift Equipment (Stand-up or Sit-down) Experience

  • Strong Communication

  • Task-Oriented

  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time

ABOUT THE ROLE 

  • Picking, Packing, Order Fulfillment, Counting, Cycle Counts, Advertised Title Walks, QA, Transfers, Fair Production, Auditing, and Training.

  • Mobility and Standing: This position requires the ability to remain standing and moving throughout the entirety of the shift. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods of time to successfully perform job duties.

  • Lifting Requirements: The role involves occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may be required to safely lift, carry, and maneuver items within this weight range as part of their regular duties.

  • Flexibility and Dexterity: Regular activities include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. These movements are integral to performing tasks associated with the role, such as handling materials, operating machinery, or completing manual tasks.
