Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Job purpose<br/> As a Senior Controller you will be reporting to the Head of Controlling and will be responsible for providing high-quality reporting support to the leadership of EY through a precise, reliable and client-oriented mindset.<br/> <br/> <u>Your Responsibilities Will Include</u></p> <ul> <li>Deliver standard, consistent and timely reporting with trusted interpretations <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Analyse and explain financial results by preparing weekly, monthly and adhoc reports</li> <li>Prepare actual vs plan analysis, investigate deviations</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> <li>Analyze regional sales and performance reports, understand correlations, identify risks, suggest solutions, and present the results to the leadership</li> <li>Conduct regular and ad-hoc business analyses and support business decisions</li> <li>Prepare actual vs. plan analyses, investigate and follow up on significant differences by asking for input from the relevant Stakeholders</li> <li>Involvement in financial and operational planning, forecasting</li> <li>Understand the accounting policies underlying management results and budgeting principles</li> <li>Participate in the monthly and annual closing procedure</li> <li>Continuously strive to automate processes in order to provide more accurate data in the most timely manner</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u>Requirements</u></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years experience in controlling</li> <li>University or College degree in economics, accounting, finance</li> <li>Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage</li> <li>Fluency in English and in Hungarian is a must</li> <li>Reliable software user knowledge (MS Excel, Power Point)</li> <li>Sense of responsibility, reliability, accuracy</li> <li>Need to be proactive, and professional in terms manner and confidentiality</li> <li>Good communication and organizational skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We offer you</p> <ul> <li>A fast-growing international business environment</li> <li>Being part of a young and enthusiastic team</li> <li>A pleasant and modern working environment</li> <li>A competitive remuneration package, performance based bonus program</li> </ul>
