About the role

As the Manager for the Industry Data Product team, you will lead the end to end product development lifecycle for listing, agent, and property transaction data products from discovery to launch, achieving high-impact results through your team. Working alongside other cross-functional product, engineering, and operational leaders, you will set the product direction that delivers on company strategy. 

You Will Get To: 

  • Lead a team of technical product managers, each in critical roles with many customers

  • Deliver high-impact data products the form of well designed APIs and analytical tables

  • Set direction for your team’s roadmap and commitments to deliver on Objectives and Key Results 

  • Contribute to the broader product vision, strategy, and roadmap to improve internal and external customer experiences with data

  • Collaborate with engineering, AI, product, operations, data science, legal, and more to launch new data products and improvements

  • Lead and improve the product discovery, requirements gathering, and quarterly planning processes for your team

  • Mentor and grow each of your reports to improve their individual product skills and leadership capabilities



 

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $157,100.00 - $250,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical product management or data engineering role

  • 2+ years of people management experience mentoring and growing a high-performing team 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields

  • Experience with Databricks, Graph APIs, SQL querying, or Business Intelligence tools 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
