The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

This Executive Assistant position will provide executive administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of the Legal Affairs team.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and discretion with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to support two or more leaders in the Legal Affairs function.
  • Coordinating multiple complex calendars across the Legal Affairs team, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Managing all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas for your assigned leaders.
  • Preparing and submitting all required documentation and reports, including materials to onboard vendors, statements of work, purchase orders, expense reports, and other documents supporting the assigned leaders and the Legal Affairs team.
  • Drafting and revising Word documents and PowerPoint presentations using approved branded materials.
  • Working collaboratively within the Legal Operations team and supporting Legal Operations projects as assigned.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned, including serving as a back-up to other Executive Assistants on the Legal Affairs team.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND Four (4) years of Executive Assistant experience.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND Eight (8) years of Executive Assistant experience.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 

  • Proficiency in using Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and other tools and technology, including travel and expense management systems, such as Concur.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, including the ability work after regular work hours as needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Superior discretion and professionalism, including the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Prior experience supporting legal personnel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work location: Preferred location Maplewood, MN or Remote USA

Position requires travel to Maplewood, MN on a regular cadence and other locations as needed.

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international (depending on work location)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
