(Senior) Manager Packaging Supplier Compliance Management (m/f/d)

<h2><b>Your assignments</b></h2><ul><li><span>Participate in the Supplier/ Material selection of new and alternate packaging materials (primary and secondary). Evaluate materials, suppliers and documentation from a technical and quality perspective. </span></li><li><span>Drive qualification of global packaging Suppliers and Materials. Be in close contact with involved I&amp;Ds, production sites and suppliers to figure out technical and quality packaging requirements for the respective finish product.</span></li><li><span>Support alternate source projects from a technical and quality standpoint in view of cost effective and sustainable solutions.</span></li><li><span>Understand technical capabilities &amp; requirements of our production sites in terms of packaging operations.</span></li><li><span>Establish quality agreements with suppliers and perform/attend quality audits to ensure Fresenius Kabi’s requirements can be met.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate the corporate supplier evaluation process, discuss performance with suppliers and define development measures if required. </span></li><li><span>Support our Operation Units in quality complaints towards the supplier and monitor defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).</span></li><li><span>Review and follow up on supplier changes and events and foster information exchange within the Fresenius Kabi packaging network.</span></li><li><span>Establish global purchasing specifications and drive harmonization of packaging materials within Fresenius Kabi.</span></li><li><span>Creation and update of global standard operating procedures related to supplier management activities.</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Your profile</b></h2><ul><li><span><span>Successfully completed university degree or technical college in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Technology </span></span></li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a packaging related activity in pharmaceutical or medical industry with knowledge in packaging production techniques (e.g., glass , plastic production, label printing), packaging supplier audits, developing and implementing quality agreements</li><li><span>Profound knowledge of GxP standards for packaging (e.g. ISO15378)</span></li><li><span>Basic knowledge of regulatory registration procedures in Europe, US and China</span></li><li><span>Good IT skills (MS Office, SharePoint, SAP)</span></li><li>Business fluency in written and spoken English and German, with strong communication skills</li><li>Self-organized and target-oriented working style, with a proactive and focused approach to achieving goals</li><li>Open-minded team player with strong intercultural competencies and high intrinsic motivation</li></ul><p><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Grading:</p>E11-AT
