Olea Kiosks continues to grow! We are looking for an experienced, driven, and dedicated individual to join our Finance Team as a Senior Accountant, and help us change the world one kiosk at a time.

Our Senior Accountant plays a critical part in daily operations by maintaining the integrity of financial data, leveraging our ERP system to understand financial transactions and reporting, meeting critical reporting and project deadlines, and working with our vendors/customers to sustain positive cash flow while maintaining professional relationships.

Do you think YOU have what it takes to help us get to the next level? If you have:

• Strong knowledge of accounting theory and practices, including
  • General Ledger Account Reconciliation and Financial Statement Review
  • Preparing Journal Entries and Month End Close Analysis
  • Experience with Sales & Use Tax and Property Tax regulations and filings
  • Knowledge and familiarity with asset accounting (fixed assets) using the straight-line method
  • Provide Supporting Schedules during Annual Review/Audit
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, problem solving, mathematical, and analytical skills
• A hunger to make a difference in a growing, changing, and fast-paced environment
• An ability to change directions based up priorities

This is a full-time, hourly position. The ideal candidate will not only meet the requirements of this position, but will also be looking to advance into their career through experience and mentoring. Starting pay for this position is from $90k-$95k/year.

Requirements

To be successful as Olea's Staff Accountant, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance
• At least two years' recent work experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Clear understanding of US tax regulations (Sales&Use Tax/Property Tax)
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven time-management and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with financial data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivots)
• Familiar with how an ERP system performs in relation to daily tasks
