Senior Manager of Brand Media, Billie

At Billie, we are constantly striving for growth and innovation. We’ve kicked off our search for a best-in-class brand media expert who has experience executing all aspects of brand media. As our Senior Manager of Brand Media, you’ll lead all aspects of paid media, with a focus on driving awareness and consideration for all Billie products. You’ll build high level data-driven strategies, negotiate contracts, execute and optimize plans for ultimate success. This position reports to our Senior Director of Growth and leads our affiliate and influencer marketing manager.

 

What you’ll do:

• Lead development and execution of comprehensive brand media strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness across multiple platforms
• Establish ambitious brand awareness goals, track progress and optimize for success
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to strategically develop and optimize the channel mix, aligning with business goals
• Oversee and manage the relationship with our shopper marketing agency, ensuring alignment with our strategies, budget, and intended impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and data teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution 
• Develop and implement robust brand measurement strategies

• Seek ways to lead and innovate to maintain competitive advantage

• Manage and develop our Growth Content Marketing Manager

 

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in media strategy and execution (DTC or SAAS experience preferred)
• A deep and proven understanding of consumer marketing
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in building a robust channel mix
• Comfort developing and defending strategies with data 
• Skilled at building processes and systems
• Passion for all things media and the Billie brand
• A strong communicator who can lead complex projects with cross-functional teams 
• A proactive and collaborative approach – you love working with people and people love working with you

 

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
