Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Member Services Specialist who will:
- Work with Direct and Exchange member accounts
- Provide support pertaining to member eligibility, enrollment, premium billing and payment, and delinquency via phone, chat and/or email for both Direct and Exchange Members
- Provides excellent customer service for all lines of business and all member interactions by providing a full point of service
- Researches, investigates and resolves member issues
- Maintains confidentiality of all information related to members and employees

- This posting is for multiple openings of an Associate Member Services Specialist role
- This role requires flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Providence Health Plan welcomes remote work for residents who reside within a daily commutable distance of the following location:
- Oregon: Beaverton
Required qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service call center environment or another related field
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working in the Member Services Department within Providence Health Plan
- Experience working in a high-volume insurance call center environment
- Proven track record of learning and applying complex concepts
- Phone, chat and email response experience in a in a call center environment
